Sskritch - LE Kobold Rogue
Sskritch is a patient, cold-blooded ambush hunter who treats the bayou as both shield and weapon. He prefers to stalk from half-submerged cover, nostrils and eyes just above the black water, waiting for the careless rhythm of boots or the soft splash of something heavier than it should be. He studies his prey before striking - watching for stragglers, wounded travelers, or anyone who drifts just a step too far from the group. When he attacks, it is sudden and precise: a thrown dagger from the reeds, an arrow from behind a cypress trunk, always aimed where it will hurt most. Then he vanishes - slipping back into fog, mud, and still water without a trace. Sskritch does not fight for glory or dominance; he hunts because the swamp demands it, and because he has learned that anything loud, slow, or confident eventually sinks.
